Luke the Elf

Some might say it's just too early to be thinking about Christmas. But when you have kids, it's NEVER too early getting into the spirit. And by getting into the spirit I mean having kids being good for all to see; especially Santa. Last year my good friend, Michelle, told me about The Elf on the Shelf. I was too late in getting one last year, but this year I was ahead of the game! It's such a cute and great idea. You see, it's an elf who comes to live with you around Christmas time. He is not allowed to be touched or he will lose his magic. He simply hides around and watches to make sure all the boys and girls are being nice and following the rules. A book comes with the elf as well and is great for bedtime reading. David and I are having lots of fun moving the elf around when Sophia is not looking. She is very surprised and excited to see him watching her.
"Luke" the Elf magically appeared in the bathroom
and was watching Sophia brush her teeth.
(Sophia named her elf "Luke.")
An adoption certificate and letter from Santa can be
printed when you register your elf through the website!
