A long, long time ago when Sophia was 8 months old I swore I would never take her on a vacation that consisted of an airplane or a time change. In fact I swore I would never do any of it again until she was at least 3 years old. To make a long story short, it was not a good idea to take a teething, almost walking 8 month old to the Bahamas...you get the picture?
Well the time has come! Sophia is 3 years old and I kept my pledge. So off to Maui! And because I did not want to repeat history...Little Miss Kalista will be in good hands back in Santa Barbara with Grandma & Grandpa. : )
Pretty happy for 5 a.m.!
