Tahoe Joe's. It's a steakhouse with several locations from San Luis Obispo to Sacramento. Lucky for me Fresno has two! So naturally, when we were visiting my family last weekend, David & I indulged in our favorite dessert. At 10:00 PM. In pajamas. Right out of the to-go container. Ready?
May I introduce the one and only:
Ski Jump Chocolate Cake

A SIX layer chocolate cake topped with mounds of fresh whipped cream
sitting on a bed of homemade chocolate sauce.
Oh and must not forget the little skier. |
